Sub-processors
Last updated: April 2026
Overview
We use service providers to host, secure, and operate OKtoMeet. This page lists key sub-processors relevant to the core service and the City Ambassador Program (referral attribution and payouts). It is not exhaustive; see our Privacy Policy for how we share information.
Infrastructure and product
Typical categories include cloud hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, error reporting, and customer support tooling. Vendors and regions may change as we scale the beta.
Product analytics and session replay: where you consent to Analytics & performance in our cookie controls, we may use Microsoft Clarity (often via Google Tag Manager) for session replay and interaction analytics. See our Cookie notice and Privacy Policy. Microsoft's documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/clarity/faq.
